This was my first time experiencing Pittsburgh and we had an incredible time. Even though it was cold, we were able to walk from the BNB to every downtown location that we wanted to visit. They were quick to respond if we had a question and they place was exactly how listed. Would stay again if we return!

Gave 5 stars for everything although I did not stay at the Airbnb.
I broke my wrist the week before and I was scheduled for possible surgery the day I was to arrive.  
Zachary had promptly answered all the questions I had prior to my accident and even though it is a nonrefundable booking, they told me that under the circumstances, they would allow me to change the date of my stay!
I'll be able to drive soon, so I am looking forward to finally getting to visit Pittsburgh and staying at Zachary's Airbnb!

Flexible check in with clear instructions to get inside the building. It was a quick stay and made my stay at Pittsburgh easy with accessibility to different locations within Pittsburgh. Zachary was also super communicative and gave clear instructions for questions I had.

This place is dorm-style and very clean and comfortable with convenient parking and location close to our tournament venue. Quite a number of people hang out right outside the building all night and can sometimes be loud but they didn’t bother us at all when we were walking our dogs and crossing to the parking lot. Building elevator didn’t work at the time of our stay but the stairs to our 3rd floor unit were easy enough so it all worked out. Pizza place right next door also was perfect for easy dinner.

I stayed at Zachary's apartment for one night ahead of a conference. The place was easy to find and check in to and perfectly located in a central and safe neighborhood. The apartment was as described, and while there were some issues with cleanliness, judging by the other reviews these must have been an exception. I've contacted the host about them and they were very responsive and helpful in addressing the issue. Overall, I can recommend staying at Zachary's apartment - it's very good value for money and professionally run.

Zach's home was cozy and a cute environment. It wasn't dirty but it wasn't squeaky clean either. There was definitely enough space and everything worked properly. My favorite part is that there are 2 bathrooms!! the location is a little sketchy but I felt safe knowing you need a code to even enter the building. the host was amazing, I didn't need to contact him but he was messaging me to check on me throughout my stay. For a cheap spot in Pittsburgh it was great!

great stay, convenient downtown location. very spacious complete with kitchen full bathroom and living room bedroom, this was so impressive and felt very cozy. heat may not be on but i can only imagine this is a problem in the winter. I stayed in early december and was happy as a clam with an extra blanket on. be a little vigilant at night but that goes for any major city. all in all highly recommend this listing, what you get for the price is above and beyond.

I primarily chose this apartment for the location.  It's close to many downtown restaurants and pubs and walkable to the sports stadiums.  Having two bedrooms and bathrooms made it much more comfortable.  The kitchen and living room are small but sufficient for our short stay.

I literally got stuck in town when car rental fell thru. Found Zachary’s place online and booked. He responded quickly, and within the hour I was tucked into his place safe and sound. Pizza shop just steps across street. 15 walk to Greyhound. It was roomy, safe, cozy, comfortable and well cared-for. I was completely delighted! Even an elevator! I highly recommend Zachary’s place and will definitely keep it in mind for the future. It was perfect and extremely well priced. Very, very worth cost, and I was so happy to find it!

- within walking distance of venues like Acrisure Stadium, PPG Paints Arena, Station Square Restaurants, City Market Square with famous Primanti Bros.
- Convenient Store, Pizza, Taco, Sushi and Asian Cuisine all within 1 minute walk.
- warm beds, warm water and a toilet.
- Check-In Code was changed right before we came. Since coming over from Europe we had no mobile data and the new Lockbox code never reached us. Other guests helped us get in. 
- Host answers within an hour

Bad:

- it is loud when condos are packed
-it is a mass apartment with a couple of floors and lots of condos
- staircase smells pissy
- condo equippement in bad shape 
- answers from the host seem automatically answered like (sorry was working at the office...)

Great location for a short stay--we were able to walk to most locations in 10 minutes. Zachary is super responsive, and check-in and check-out were very convenient. The apartment overall including the bathroom is rather spacious. Some things to consider: there was only one shower towel for two people for three days. I would recommend bringing your own towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc., or buy them at a nearby Target. The apartment esp. the shower booth had a very noticeable musty smell. But overall, the stay was reasonable considering the price.

it's cheep,  and I appreciate that.  That's what I needed.  And the location was fine.  But the pictures didn't quite properly showcase the scratched up stained tile, the missing trim in the bathroom, the mildew.  There were only two tiny thin towels. The mattresses were thin and uncomfortable.  And yet, its much nicer then an SRO. Also, no one tried to kill me.

100% will stay again.  Will probably never stay anywhere else while in Pittsburgh again.

Zachary's place is such a great place to stay in your visit to Pittsburgh! It is a very quite building with such a comfy suite. Check in process was so smooth and check out even easier. The location is just perfect as it is walkable distance to pretty much anywhere in downtown.  And if you do not feel like walking there are buses or even uber/lyft that won't be too expensive as you are very close to downtown anyway. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Pittsburgh!
