cool & quiet, would recommend. Our stay was very short, we arrived late and left early, but this was a great place to crash for the night. It was easy to find and easy to check in. It is a fairly quiet neighborhood and the apartment was quiet with hardly any street noise. We didn’t have much time to check out the neighborhood but we drove past several great places to eat within a couple blocks. The only drawback for us was that the building does smell of cigarette smoke, and while the apartment is smoke free, it is an old building and the smell does leak into the apartment a little. We were very thankful for the place to sleep so close to the convention center, and the affordable price. J
