If you need to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, we offer secure storage with LoxxBoxx at the rear entrance of 100 Smithfield Street. You’ll receive a personal 4-digit code to access both the entrance and your locker.

Both the main access to the building and private rooms work with the access codes that guests receive at the time of check-in. This is a private space. You have the entire apartment to yourself.

Stay your way with our customizable add-ons! After booking, access our guest registration form to select options like early check-in, late check-out, bag drop, and parking for $25/day. Pets are also welcome for $25 per pet. We don’t offer cable TV, but Android/Roku boxes are provided so you can log into your favorite streaming services like Netflix or Hulu. A standard HDMI cable is included for added convenience. The apartment features central air conditioning, though the thermostat cannot be adjusted from within the unit.
