The apartment features 2 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, plus a combined living, dining, and kitchen area fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The kitchen includes standard cookware, a Brita pitcher, and a single-serve coffee machine. Bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and a starter supply of toiletries. We offer easy self-check-in, garage parking across the street for $25/day, and welcome bicycles at no extra charge. Pets are also welcome for $25 per pet. A $85 deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out after confirming everything is in good condition. House Rules: Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited, with a $300 fee for violations.
If you need to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, we offer secure storage with LoxxBoxx at the rear entrance of 100 Smithfield Street. You’ll receive a personal 4-digit code to access both the entrance and your locker.
Both the main access to the building and private rooms work with the access codes that guests receive at the time of check-in. This is a private space. You have the entire apartment to yourself.

This was great for a one night stay. Host was very very responsive. We booked for an amateur MMA fight that had gotten cancelled. We tried to cancel but could not get a refund even after reaching out to the host. I understand it’s what I booked (didn’t realize, and will learn from my mistake) but still was kind of crappy. My friends and I came down for the night still anyway and enjoyed our time. We stayed for three nights, and had no issues with checkin or checkout. Host was very responsive and detailed, area was very walkable to food and public transport, and beds and rooms were clean. Would stay again for the price! E

12 out of 10 very nice responds fast and the rooms were great definitely would recommend to anyone visiting or just a getaway in the city
