I only stayed one night but it was exactly what I needed I rarely write a poor review for a stay. But I hope the host will read it and make improvements. <br/>The good: Overall, the place is ok; decent furnishings, nice decor, fairly clean upon first observation. The bad: the whole suite is in serious need of repainting, maintenance and a deep clean. Stains on the wall, doors and baseboards are beat up with holes etc, corners and window sills were filthy, the small kitchen has worn out wood counters that either need refinishing or replacing. <br/>The Good: they have two coffee makers and supply the pods and filters. The bad: Neither maker worked.<br/>The good: it’s downtown with a parking garage across the street. $25/day but convenient. The bad: it is literally right over a Vape shop with a strong pot smell outside that follows you into the hallways. <br/>The good: good communication. The bad: Requiring a second registration outside Airbnb, then threaten to cancel w/out refund if you don't comply. Just unethical. <br/>1 night stay for $300 - Not worth it. Great place! Good location! And Casey & Zachary were great host! Thx for a great experience…
