The kitchen includes standard cookware, a Brita pitcher, and a single-serve coffee machine. Bathrooms are stocked with clean towels, a hairdryer, and a starter supply of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We offer easy self-check-in and convenient garage parking across the street for $25/day. Pets are also welcome for $25 per pet. A $85 deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out after confirming everything is in good condition. House Rules: Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited, with a $300 fee for violations. Bicycles: Welcome at no extra charge.
If you need to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, we offer secure storage with LoxxBoxx at the rear entrance of 100 Smithfield Street. You’ll receive a personal 4-digit code to access both the entrance and your locker.
Guest access
Both the main access to the building and private rooms work with the access codes that guests receive at the time of check-in. This is a private space. You have the entire apartment to yourself.

Stay your way with our customizable add-ons! After booking, you can use our guest registration form to purchase options like early check-in, late check-out, bag drop, and parking for $25/day. Pets are welcome for $25 per pet. We don’t offer cable TV, but Android/Roku boxes are available so you can log into your favorite streaming services like Netflix or Hulu.
