The location of this accommodation is very good, you can easily walk anywhere downtown, only about 15 minutes to PPG arena.
We were quite disappointed with our original unit when we checked in, but to be fair when I contacted the hosts with our concerns they were very quick to remedy the situation by relocating us to a different unit on the same floor.
The second unit was much nicer, the only issues were the wifi (worked, but very slow), and an insufficient supply of hot water (only enough for one shower).
Overall, based on the location and the price I would consider staying here again, the hosts seem very receptive to addressing issues and making things right.Show more Connor

Was extremely responsive and helpful when reached out to. However the original pictures and description was different than what we received. The airbnb host did provide a discount for the changes, but I still would have preferred knowing what we were booking originally. The beds and tables were all very close to breaking, sheets had cigarette burns on them, tv did not have a remote and the Roku was unplugged with no instructions. Kitchen backdrop was falling off, fresh scuff marks on the ground from switching the beds recently. Drapes did not block any sunlight in the morning. Feels like college dorms. I stayed here with some friends thank God, if my wife and son were with me we definitely would’ve went somewhere else. Beds are Summer camp style. The floors and space was grimy. Coffee machine didn’t work and decor was hilariously bad. It was the best price on BnB however. Definitely get what you pay for with this one. Parking was also confusing. Pretty sure I paid for parking and had no idea where or how to park. Bummer.Show more
