The space includes a bedroom with 3 single beds, plus a combined living, dining, and kitchen area equipped with standard cookware, a Brita pitcher, and a Keurig-style coffee machine. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and a starter supply of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We offer easy self-check-in, garage parking across the street for $25/day, and welcome bicycles at no extra charge. Pets are also welcome for $25 per pet. A $85 deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out after confirming everything is in good condition. House Rules: Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited, with a $300 fee for violations.
Both the main access to the building and private rooms work with the access codes that guests receive at the time of check-in. This is a private space. You have the entire apartment to yourself.

If you’re in search for a quiet place with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, this is a great choice. Our host was very responsive and answered any questions in a quick manner! the location was great and the host was very responsive. the room was a little more beat up than the pictures let on but it was clean nonetheless (shoutout to the maid, she was awesome!). Only complaint I had is one of the other guests violently banging on our wall late at night but that isn't the hosts fault. also, if you're going to do laundry there you have to have $5 bills to load the card. Clean, simple and within walking distance to Stage AE. Priced right and would stay again!
