The space includes a bedroom with 2 single beds, plus a combined living, dining, and kitchen area equipped with standard cookware, a Brita pitcher, and a Keurig-style coffee machine. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and a starter supply of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We offer easy self-check-in, garage parking across the street for $25/day, and welcome bicycles at no extra charge. Pets are also welcome for $25 per pet. If you need to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, we offer secure storage with LoxxBoxx at the rear entrance of 100 Smithfield Street. You’ll receive a personal 4-digit code to access both the entrance and your locker.

Both the main access to the building and private rooms work with the access codes that guests receive at the time of check-in. This is a private space. You have the entire apartment to yourself.

Stay your way with our customizable add-ons! After booking, you can use our guest registration form to purchase early check-in, late check-out, bag drop, or parking for $25/day. I really enjoy the property and the convienience of the location and honestly, they were in contact with me about the is I stayed for one week and needed a kitchen and laundry. In the kitchen, the coffee maker didn't work and was never fixed/replaced after reported. There were crumbs in the utensil drawer. There was no Brita pitcher in the fridge as stated in the description.<br/>The laundry was not in unit and on a separate floor. It cost $10 cash to do one load and would cost me another $5 if I wanted to do a second. I would have packed differently or picked a different place to stay if I knew this before arrival.<br/>I could smell cigarette smoke throughout the apartment, especially the bedroom. Some of the bed covers were stained. Bathroom had a drippy faucet that continued after someone came to repair it. I could hear neighbors and housekeeping clearly through the walls.<br/>At one point I was sent a link to pay for additional guests and pets that I did not have. It was not pressed further, but it was a bad start to the stay. I don't recommend this for more than one or two nights. Jackson

This was a great spot for a short visit to Pittsburgh. Convenient location with parking available nearby. The room itself was clean and surprisingly more spacious than it seemed in the photos. I would recommend this space to anybody looking for a weekend trip to the city! Great spot in downtown Pittsburgh. Had multiple beds in the unit and was perfect for me and my friends coming to Pittsburgh to see the Steelers play. We walked from the air bnb to and from the stadium. Cozy and would recommend. They respond super quick.
