The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and a starter supply of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We offer easy self-check-in, garage parking across the street for $25/day, and welcome bicycles at no extra charge. Pets are also welcome for $25 per pet. If you need to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, we offer secure storage with LoxxBoxx at the rear entrance of 100 Smithfield Street. You’ll receive a personal 4-digit code to access both the entrance and your locker.

Both the main access to the building and private rooms work with the access codes that guests receive at the time of check-in. This is a private space. You have the entire apartment to yourself.

Stay your way with our customizable add-ons! After booking, you can use our guest registration form to purchase early check-in, late check-out, bag drop, or parking for $25/day. Pets are also welcome for $25 per pet. While we don’t offer cable TV, we provide Android/Roku boxes for streaming your favorite services like Netflix or Hulu, along with a standard HDMI cable. If you’re in search for a quiet place with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, this is a great choice. Our host was very responsive and answered any questions in a quick manner! the location was great and the host was very responsive. the room was a little more beat up than the pictures let on but it was clean nonetheless (shoutout to the maid, she was awesome!). Only complaint I had is one of the other guests violently banging on our wall late at night but that isn't the hosts fault. also, if you're going to do laundry there you have to have $5 bills to load the card.
