We offer easy self-check-in, garage parking across the street for $25/day, and welcome bicycles at no extra charge. Pets are also welcome for $25 per pet. If you need to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, we offer secure storage with LoxxBoxx at the rear entrance of 100 Smithfield Street. You’ll receive a personal 4-digit code to access both the entrance and your locker.

Both the main access to the building and private rooms work with the access codes that guests receive at the time of check-in. This is a private space. You have the entire apartment to yourself.
