The apartment features a bedroom with 2 single beds and a combined living, dining, and kitchen area equipped with standard cookware, a Brita pitcher, and a Keurig-style coffee machine. Bathrooms come with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and a starter supply of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We offer easy self-check-in and garage parking across the street for $25/day. Pets are welcome for $25 per pet. A $75 deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out after confirming everything is in good condition. House Rules: Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited, with a $300 fee for violations. Bicycles: Welcome at no extra charge.
