The kitchen includes basic items, a Brita pitcher, and a single-serve coffee machine. Bathrooms are stocked with clean towels, a hairdryer, and a starter supply of toiletries. A $85 deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out after confirming everything is in good condition. Zachary was kind, however I have no desire to stay with Stay Pittsburgh ever again. From hidden fees to the overall lack of care and concern for guests- the experience fell short of even my lowest expectations. Upon booking there is a bombarding of messages regarding a guest form to be filled out that delays obtaining door codes until complete. If you think submitting That will get to your door code- think again. Stay Pittsburgh then reveals a $75 deposit and continues to withhold the access information. There is no working with you- you don’t receive anything until it is paid. They will then refuse any sort of refund if you cannot keep with the deposit.
I did enjoy the layout and decor of the room. If there wasn’t tons of old debris encrusted in the carpet- no vacuum on site (I asked)- and a severe lack of hot water to shower I think I would have felt better about the general space. Upon mentioning the water, I was told it would be looked at later in the week.
