The apartment features 2 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, plus a combined living, dining, and kitchen area fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The kitchen includes standard cookware, a Brita pitcher, and a single-serve coffee machine. Bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and a starter supply of toiletries. We offer easy self-check-in, garage parking across the street for $25/day, and welcome bicycles at no extra charge. Pets are also welcome for $25 per pet. A $85 deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out after confirming everything is in good condition. House Rules: Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited, with a $300 fee for violations.

Large apartment stay in downtown Pittsburgh I never received instructions for check in. When I reached out to the host I waited some time for a response. The stay Pittsburgh site wanted to charge me over $150 for the “security deposit” after discussing with Zachary, he stated that this was the amount that their location gets paid from AirBnb. Zachary assured me my card would only be charged $75 for the security deposit and this would be refunded after check out. My card was charged twice for a total of $150. Once completing this deposit we received our door code. This was the code for the apartment itself and no code provided for main entrance of building. We waited with our bags in the freezing rain until another random guest let us in. Upon entering the apartment it had an overwhelming odor of wet dog. The unit was filthy. Holes in wall/ceiling, stains on every surface, dust and debris every where you looked. No directions regarding check out. Have stayed at this location 2 times prior and OK experiences but never again. Its the perfect blend of feeling like you’re at home and it’s clean and cozy
